What we treat

What are the signs of infection?
- Swelling in localised area.
- Erythema (redness often spreading at the site).
- Heat (the area is often hot to touch).
- Increased pain levels around the area of infection.
- Purulent exudate (yellow thick pus).
Any antibiotics required will be requested from your GP or given to you by the Podiatrist on the same day and you will receive instructions on dosage along with associated risk or benefits. It is important you disclose any known allergies or previous adverse reactions to medications and this will be asked before prescription is requested or prescribed.
